If you are in good time

- Proportionate to the size and complexity of the job, or if you have made reservation in advance, our standard service is the most advantageous for you. We plan the job together with you and start processing your order, such that the first progress report is ready within 5 working days.
For advice by telephone, we always charge standard price.

If you need express assistance

- if you have a tight deadline in relation to the size of the job, we can offer to start up within 24 hours. This service is called ”Express Service”. This means, that we plan the job together with you in order to process your order as fast as possible, continuously briefing you on the results.
An additional fee of 30% is charged for Express Service. 
 

If you need urgent assistance

- e.g. in case of production suspension we can offer you to start up immediately. This service is called “Urgent Service”. This means that we put aside other tasks in order to serve you. For most minor tasks, delivery time is 24 hours at the maximum. However the delivery time always depend on the complexity of the job as well as on the number of items involved.
An additional fee of 100% is charged for Urgent Service.

In all cases fees, deadlines and other conditions are agreed upon at receipt of your order.

You may, at any time during the process, change the status of you order according to your needs.

Different delivery times apply to patents, trademarks, product certification and tasks that involve prolonged exposures/tests. Hence, the scheduling of these tasks shall be arranged when placing your order.
